About You and the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be the go-to person supporting HR consultants to support talent acquisition efforts for our client. The ideal candidate is capable of helping clients with complex talent acquisition problems, by finding and implementing unique, customized solutions. You bring skills such as attention to detail, stellar written and verbal communication, organization, and data analysis.

We are looking for a Tennessee-based HR Generalist to join our team. At Humani, our hybrid work model means working primarily remotely, with onsite support at various client sites based on business needs. As such, local and international travel may be required from time to time.
What You Will Do
- Client Management:
- Recruitment Support: Support and manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating client and internal interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing and delivering offer letters.
- Client Support: Act as a key recruitment partner to HRBPs by providing timely updates on requisitions, meeting deadlines, and setting clear expectations around deliverables and timelines
- Compliance Support: Ensure all recruitment processes are aligned with local employment laws and issues, ensuring compliance standards are met for each jurisdiction.
- Software Management: Use internal and client HR software (HRIS, ATS) to manage candidate tracking and recruitment documentation. Support the implementation and maintenance of recruitment-related software as needed.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and assist in preparing reports or updates for internal tracking or client updates.
- On-site Support: Support clients with the above-mentioned activities or any other support required in-person, such as attending job fairs or other events to support the hiring process and represent the talent acquisition functions
- Other Support: Participate in other hiring-related initiatives such as employer branding, talent pipeline building, and recruitment process improvements.
- Support the Executive and Management Teams with their day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
- Operations:
- Manage month-end responsibilities such as recruitment budget and spend review, expense management, and other tasks as required with your manager and HRBPs that you support
- Attend company meetings and participate in other meetings to manage role responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Partner with HRBP and manager to bring forth suggestions to expand services with new or existing clients in an effort to grow the account
- Share Humani’s offerings through professional networks (LinkedIn Blog Posts), word of mouth or other mediums as appropriate with the potential to attract new business
- Leadership & Workload Management of team:
- Collaborate with manager when your workload is over/under to ensure you are working at full capacity and managing timelines for clients
- Reporting & Metrics:
- Work toward the achievement or progress toward set KPIs
- Maintain relevant business/operations/client trackers with accurate information
Who You Are
- A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing HR support role.
- A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle high-volume (4-6 requisitions at any given time) experience
- A degree or diploma in HR or a related field.
- A professional HR designation (CHRP/SHRM) is an asset
- HR Compliance: Well-versed in respective Employment legislation, and other relevant regulations for Talent Acquisition.
- Time Management: Self-motivated and the ability to be flexible to meet client needs, and project deadlines.
- Data Analysis: Able to analyze data, documents, reports, etc., with meticulous attention to detail.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to make deliverables (documents, PowerPoints, reports, etc.) client-ready.
- A true passion for HR: Stay up to date with trends in the market and have an interest in how HR will evolve 10 to 15 years from now.
- Problem Solving: Able to work through a problem with limited information and take a problem or situation to the next steps.
- Organizational skills: Clients rely on our team to be very organized and efficient in their approach to solving the client's problem and implementing the solutions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Our team interacts with many of the client's employees at various levels of the organization and must provide exceptional and professional customer service at all times.
- Technology and HR Software: Experience with HR systems & programs including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, HRIS, and ATS software.

- Base salary $70,000-$85,000 with potential to earn up to 10-25+% of base salary through our annual performance-based bonus program (Total compensation up to $77,000-$106,250+).

Compensation
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
