You have a breadth of experience working directly with leaders, leading projects and bringing diverse perspectives to every challenge. You bring skills in client and HR project management, attention to detail, and stellar written and verbal communication, along with an ability to guide an organization, its leadership and its people through change.

As such, local and international travel may be required from time to time.

 What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver on project plans and budgets.
  • Lead project teams in delivering professional services on time and within budget.
  • Ensure organizations meet compliance standards for their jurisdiction.
  • Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge.
  • Keep up-to-date with current developments and trends in human capital consulting and overall HR practices.
  • Develop, review, and apply HR policies and procedures where necessary.
  • Prepare and deliver client workshops.
  • Deliver on human capital projects related to organizational design, talent management, change management, mergers and acquisitions, HRIS implementations and more.

Your Skill Set
  • Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking: HRBPs need to be able to absorb a great deal of information about the client's business and what they are looking for Humani to accomplish for them. This then needs to be analyzed to make clear recommendations, followed by the execution of the solution.
  • Time Management: HRBPs must actively manage their time to meet deadlines and remain within the client's budget.
  • Project Management: This role is mainly responsible for delivering on human capital projects, so it requires you to have experience thinking through client problems, developing solutions, preparing project plans to meet those solutions and leading a project team to meet goals on time and within budget.
  • Responsive and flexible: We provide autonomy and flexibility over planning your schedule, but in turn expect you to be available and responsive to clients' needs as they arise.
  • Listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills: HRBPs need to interact with many of the client's executives and employees regularly. As such, effective communication skills and heightened self-awareness are a must.
  • Self-motivation and self-discipline: This is a highly autonomous role where HRBPs work independently supporting clients and must be self-motivated to complete work on time with minimal oversight. We aren’t just strategic partners – we do the work and give our clients full white glove service.
  • Organizational skills: Clients rely on our HRBPs to be organized and efficient with their approach to solving their problems and implementing solutions.
  • Creativity: We’re looking for outside-the-box thinkers! Our HRBPs have the flexibility and creativity to handle any situations that arise while implementing solutions for the client.

  • Experience building HR systems and processes from scratch.
  • Relationship Management experience, either through client support or by leading, managing and influencing other members of a team.
  • Up-to-date on HR best practices and current market trends.
