About You and the Role
The Human Capital Consulting Team at Humani is a fast-growing team, built organically from the ground up. We’re looking for a driven Senior Management Consultant to join the team. Reporting to the Director of Human Capital Consulting, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, leading relationships at the executive level, delivering high-impact projects, and mentoring team members. You bring a sharp ability to identify the root causes of people and cultural challenges and design innovative, tailored solutions that drive lasting impact and align their people strategies with business objectives. This position is a hybrid role, based in USA. At Humani, our hybrid work model means working primarily remotely, with onsite support at various client sites based on business needs. As such, local and international travel may be required from time to time.
What You Will Do
Client Management:
- Act as the go-to Management Consultant for multiple clients, addressing a wide range of HR related needs, delegating work as appropriate
- Deliver and create on human capital projects related to organizational design, talent management, complex compensation projects, change management, mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, total rewards and client workshops.
- Analyze the client’s business context and craft strategic project roadmaps to drive meaningful results.
- Keep up to date with current compliance developments and trends in human capital consulting and overall HR practices.
- Review HR software and processes, spearheading implementation when necessary.
- On-site HR Support: Support clients with the above-mentioned activities or any other support required in person, such as attending team meetings, delivering workshops, and more.
Operations:
- Manage month-end responsibilities (i.e., time entry review, invoices, expenses, etc) for your portfolio of clients and other tasks as required.
Business Development:
- Review RFP’s, access clients' context and priorities, and craft winning proposals that address core business needs.
- Participate in or lead introduction meetings with prospective clients, and the development of new programs and service offerings with new or existing clients.
- Share Humani’s offerings through professional networks (LinkedIn Blog Posts), word of mouth or other mediums as appropriate with the potential to attract new business.
Leadership & Workload Management of the team:
- Provide leadership, mentorship and day-to-day management to project team members.
- Manage performance and workload, and feedback cycles to maintain a strong culture of high performance with those you work closely with directly/indirectly, as it relates to your client deliverables.
Reporting & Metrics:
- Work toward the achievement or progress toward set KPIs.
- Maintain relevant business/operations/client trackers with accurate information.
Your Skill Set
- A true passion for HR: Experience building HR systems and processes from scratch and keeping an eye out for the latest HR trends and changes to best practices!
- Client Relationship Management & Ownership: This role is responsible for owning client relationships, looking at the whole picture, and proactively leading a client's HR functions, bringing forward solutions to problems and managing client expectations.
- Self-Motivation and Self-Discipline: Ability to work independently, and must be self-motivated to complete work promptly with minimal oversight in a timely manner.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Our team needs to interact with many of the client's employees at various levels of the organization and must provide exceptional and professional customer service at all times.
- Attention to Data & Detail: Ability to analyze data and create client-ready deliverables (documents, PowerPoints, reports, etc.) with excellent attention to detail.
- Creativity & Problem Solving: We’re looking for outside-the-box thinkers! Our HRBPs must have the ability to work through a problem with limited information and to take a problem or situation to the next steps.
- Technology and HR Software: Experience with HR systems & programs including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, HRIS, and Payroll software with a strong aptitude to assimilate to new technology.
- Project Management: A working knowledge of project and change management principles and best practices is ideal.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 10+ years of client-facing human capital consulting experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years managing work deliverables within an HR team and projects.
- A degree or diploma in HR, business or a related field.
- Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to design meeting and workshop agendas to build commitment to outcomes and drive decision-making.
- Certification in an industry-standard change management methodology/framework (Prosci®, CCMP™, etc.)

- Base salary $90,000-$115,000 with potential to earn up to 10-25+% of base salary through our annual performance-based bonus program (Total compensation up to $99,000-$143,750+).

Compensation
$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
